You can request an on-demand urgent care appointment through the Ballad Health app for a number of medical conditions, such as hay fever, mild abdominal pain, pink eye, shingles and sinus infections, just to name a few. Once you have been scheduled for a telehealth visit, you will participate in a one-on-one video visit with a healthcare provider.
